All drawings will include a subtle watermark that you may not remove in any way.

I will not create any depiction of NSFW, purposefully hateful, violent, or satirical requests.

I have the right to decline any commission that I feel unable or uncomfortable doing.

Please do not rush me. Completion of your commission will take approximately 2-4 weeks due to some factors such as health and school.

I have the right to block or refuse commissions from Clients due to poor communication, rude and inappropriate behavior, or breach of terms.

All payments are to be paid upfront via Paypal or GCash prior to Start of Work; non-refundable.

Payments are to be made within 1-2 days of confirming your order and receiving an invoice. You may ask for an extension anytime.

Clients are entitled to have 3 free minor revisions before the commission is completed. Additional revisions will be charged at 2 USD per revision.

By commissioning me, the Client hereby agrees to pay for additional fees (ex. complicated design, multiple props, and other special requests etc.)

A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 100% of original price. This fee does not apply for PNGtubers.

I, the Artist, shall hold every right to the produced artwork/s, not the commissioner.

Whether the commissioned artwork is personal or commercial, proper credit is still required.

The Client may not distribute, reproduce, or otherwise gain any profit from the commission unless they pay a Commercial Rights fee.

PNGtubers artworks will be considered as a regular commission and thus will not need to pay for Commercial Rights.

If a commissioner is caught breaking any of my copyright and usage terms, I shall revoke all the rights they had to their commissioned artwork/s.

Removing or editing my watermarks/signatures.

Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.

Altering the artwork without my consent.

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork for profit (unless you're a PNGtuber who's streaming).

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

Print the art for personal keeping/gifting.

Claim the rights to their own character(s) but not the artwork itself.

Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

You are allowed to make any sort of physical merchandise with the commissioned artwork.

Use it to your liking to promote your brand (e.g. banners, book covers, thumbnails, videos, prints, etc.)

Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
